Please read carefully the following terms & conditions as they set out the basis upon which you can visit and use the gentlemenstonic.com website ("website"). We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and we advise you to read through them each time that you use the site.
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.
Our Contract
When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.
All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.
Despatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are limited to mainland UK and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation e-mail sent at the time of despatch will be included in the contract formed.
Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
All prices are inclusive of VAT or local tax where applicable. Delivery costs will be charged where applicable and we have a variety of delivery options available. Such charges are clearly displayed and included in the 'Total Cost' unless you are requesting a courier to a Rest of The World destination in which case we will need to communicate the cost of this to you. Where you have chosen a non- traceable delivery service we will not be held responsible for any item that is lost in transit.

The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days. If you do decide to cancel, then you should put this in writing, whether by letter (a proof of postage certificate or even recorded delivery would be wise) or you can fax or e-mail. If we have already despatched your order and you need to return the item to us then returning the item will be at your own expense and must be on a courier/traceable service to avoid any loss in transit. We will then refund you the value of your order as long as all goods are in perfect condition minus any postage/delivery costs or other costs incurred by us relating to the return.

Promotional Codes
Where you use a valid promotion code, this usually relates to receiving extra discount, receiving free product(s) or free shipping or a combination of these. The following additional terms and conditions apply:
- Promotions are only valid until the date published
- Promotional codes can only be used for purchases made on this website.
- Only one code may be used for an order and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- Gentlemen's Tonic reserves the right to end any promotion at any time including prior to the advertised end date without notice.

Discounts:
- Discounts are not refundable for cash
- For money-off discount codes, you must have products in your basket totaling more than the amount of the discount. You will not be able to roll forward or use again any of the unused part of the discount code.
- Discounts will only be available on order values over the amount stated in the offer (if any)
- Gift Vouchers are excluded from money-off discount codes unless otherwise stated
Free Products:
Gentlemen's Tonic reserves the right to substitute an equivalent product without notice. All free products are subject to availability.
Free Shipping:
Any free shipping offers apply to the UK only unless specified otherwise
Gift Vouchers
- Gift Vouchers are only valid for 12 months from date of purchase
- We can't accept any responsibility for lost or deleted gift vouchers.
- Gift vouchers are sent by post unless otherwise requested and at the relevant extra expense. Please double check the delivery address you provide. It is your responsibility to do so and we're afraid we can't be held responsible if a gift voucher is used by someone other than you or your recipient if the address entered is incorrect.
