The Distance Selling Regulations give you the right to change your mind and cancel an order within seven working days. If you do decide to cancel, then you need to put this in writing within this time by letter (a recorded delivery would be wise) or e-mail. If we have already dispatched your order and you need to return the item to us then returning the item will be at your own expense and must be on a traceable service to avoid any loss in transit. Assuming there is good reason to cancel your order we will refund you the value of your order as long as all goods are unused and in perfect condition minus any postage/delivery costs or other costs incurred by us relating to the return.
Products can only be sent back if they are in perfect re-saleable condition i.e. in original undamaged packaging and not used in any way.
